Wesley Chapel
Wesley Chapel is where Lilly Maids is based, along SR-56, SR-54 and Bruce B. Downs. Most homes here were built after 2000 in master-planned communities such as Seven Oaks, Meadow Pointe, Estancia, Union Park, Watergrass and Epperson. That means open floor plans, tile and luxury vinyl plank, large kitchen islands, two to three bathrooms and a lanai that collects pollen and dust.
New construction closes here every month and rentals turn over with the school year, so move-in and move-out cleans come up often. ZIP codes 33543, 33544 and 33545.
Land O' Lakes
Land O' Lakes is next door along SR-54 and US-41, fifteen to twenty minutes from our base. Connerton, Bexley, Ballantrae and Oakstead keep adding new homes, while the Lake Padgett and Lake Thomas areas are older houses on lakefront lots. Wilderness Lake Preserve is also on our route.
In a new build, builder dust lives in vents, on cabinet tops and in window tracks for months after closing, so the first visit should be a deep clean. Lakefront homes bring sand, pollen and humidity and need more frequent floor and bathroom attention. ZIP codes 34637, 34638 and 34639.
Zephyrhills
Zephyrhills is east along SR-54 and US-301, about twenty to twenty-five minutes from Wesley Chapel. It is older than its neighbors: the core has houses from the 1950s to the 1980s, there are many 55-plus communities and manufactured-home parks, and newer subdivisions such as Silverado and Abbott Park are filling in at the edges. Crystal Springs is also in our area.
Many homes here are occupied from late fall to spring, so we do deep cleans before owners arrive and cleans after they leave, as well as recurring, deep and move-out cleaning for year-round residents and rentals. ZIP codes 33540, 33541 and 33542.
San Antonio
San Antonio, Florida, is a small Pasco County town off SR-52 between Dade City and Saint Leo, about twenty minutes north of our base. The old town is a few blocks of historic houses around the square. The growth is south of it in Mirada and in Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club, a 55-plus community along SR-52.
Mirada is new construction, so we recommend a deep clean as the first visit to clear builder dust. Historic homes in town often have wood floors, which we clean with a sealed-wood cleaner and never soak. ZIP code 33576.
Lutz, just north of Tampa
Lutz sits between our Wesley Chapel base and North Tampa along US-41 and Dale Mabry, usually fifteen to twenty minutes away. It is unincorporated Hillsborough County rather than Pasco, but it borders Land O' Lakes and Wesley Chapel and is one of the shortest drives on our route, so many Pasco customers think of it as part of the same area.
Homes range from lakefront houses on acre lots to gated communities such as Cheval and Heritage Harbor, plus Calusa Trace and Lake Fern. Older homes on well water get a descaling pass on faucets, shower glass and toilets on a deep clean. ZIP codes 33548, 33549, 33558 and 33559.

Prices
A standard clean is $220 for a home up to 1,999 sq ft, $275 for 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft and $330 for 2,500 to 2,999 sq ft. A deep, move-in or move-out clean starts at $220 for up to 999 sq ft and is $440 for 1,500 to 1,999 sq ft. The number of bedrooms does not change the price, and the minimum booking is 4 hours.
