What's included in recurring house cleaning

Built around the post-2000 floor plan
Most Wesley Chapel houses went up after 2000 inside planned communities: Seven Oaks, Meadow Pointe, Estancia, Union Park, Watergrass and the homes around the Epperson lagoon. The layout repeats from street to street. An open kitchen and family room, a large island, tile or luxury vinyl plank through the main floor, two or three full bathrooms and a screened lanai out back.
A recurring visit maps onto that layout well. The island, counters, sink and stovetop are wiped, appliance fronts are cleaned, and each bathroom gets the toilet, shower or tub, sink, mirror and floor. The open living space is dusted, vacuumed and mopped, trash goes out, and beds are made if you ask.
Pollen and dust land on the lanai all year and get tracked in through the slider, one reason a weekly rhythm makes sense in these communities. Baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans and grout are not part of the routine visit. They are handled in a deep clean, and that is how many of our recurring clients start.
Pricing for Wesley Chapel homes
We charge by square footage and type of clean, never by bedroom count. Up to 1,999 sq ft: $220 for a one-time standard clean, $198 every other week, $187 weekly. Plenty of homes in these communities are larger. For 2,500 to 2,999 sq ft the one-time price is $330 and every other week is $297, with weekly visits 15% off the one-time price. A visit every 4 weeks carries no discount, and bookings start at four hours. On a new weekly or every-other-week plan, the discount begins with the second visit.
Extras such as inside the oven or inside the fridge are $45 each on any visit, and a load of laundry folded is $20. Payment is by credit card, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, check or cash.
Weekly, every other week or every 4 weeks
In a house with kids in school, a dog and a lanai door that opens all day, a weekly visit keeps the kitchen and the main floor from sliding back. Every other week is the usual pick for a family home where people tidy up between visits, and it is what most Meadow Pointe or Union Park households would compare first. Every 4 weeks fits one or two adults, or a house that sits empty part of the week, but expect each visit to take a little longer than an every-other-week one. You can change the frequency later by text or in online booking, and rescheduling a single visit is free if you tell us by the day before.
Starting with a move
New construction closes here every month and rentals turn over with the school year, so many recurring schedules begin with a move-in clean. If you have just closed on a new build, book the empty-home clean before the furniture arrives, then set the recurring day from your first week in the house. Should my first visit be a deep clean?
Usually. The deep clean does baseboards, door frames, light switches, ceiling fans, inside the microwave, the outside of cabinets and a grout scrub once. After that the recurring visits only have to maintain it.
Is the lanai part of a recurring visit?
The lanai is not part of a recurring visit, because a cleaning visit covers the inside of the house.
What if I need to skip a week?
Rescheduling is free if you let us know by the day before. Cancellations after that carry a $50 fee. We are closed on Sundays.
