Tampa
Tampa is the biggest area we serve and the most varied. From Wesley Chapel the drive is twenty to forty minutes depending on the neighborhood. If you are south of Gandy or on the beaches, send your ZIP code first and we will tell you honestly whether we can fit you in.
- New Tampa and Tampa Palms: practically next door along Bruce B. Downs; mostly 1990s and 2000s builds with tile floors, big kitchens and screened lanais
- Carrollwood: in the middle of our route; many 1970s and 1980s ranch houses with terrazzo or older tile and separate formal rooms
- Temple Terrace: similar older ranch homes; we often pair visits here with Thonotosassa and New Tampa
- Westchase: the far west end of our route; 1990s and 2000s builds similar to New Tampa
- Hyde Park and Seminole Heights: the far south end of our route; bungalows and renovated older homes with wood floors and detailed trim
How Tampa homes change the visit
We adjust the clean to the house. Wood floors in Seminole Heights and Hyde Park are dry-dusted and damp-mopped with a cleaner made for sealed wood, never soaked. Tile and terrazzo in Carrollwood and Temple Terrace get a wet mop and, on a deep clean, a grout scrub. Bungalows collect more dust on baseboards and window sills than a new build, so a deep clean is usually the right first visit.
Lutz
Lutz sits between our base and North Tampa along US-41 and Dale Mabry, usually fifteen to twenty minutes away. It is unincorporated Hillsborough County, with addresses ranging from lakefront houses on acre lots to gated golf communities such as Cheval and Heritage Harbor, plus Calusa Trace, Lake Fern and newer subdivisions off SR-54 and Van Dyke Road.
Older Lutz homes on well water get mineral spots on faucets, shower glass and toilets; those get a descaling pass on a deep clean and a wipe-down on every recurring visit. Cheval and Heritage Harbor homes have high ceilings and ceiling fans in most rooms, which are part of the deep clean.
Thonotosassa
Thonotosassa is a rural part of Hillsborough County east of Temple Terrace, between I-75, I-4 and Lake Thonotosassa, about twenty minutes from our base down I-75. Homes are mostly on larger lots: 1970s and 1980s ranch houses, some lakefront properties, horse properties along Fort King Highway and a few newer subdivisions near Fowler Avenue and Harney Road.
Bigger lots mean more dust and pollen tracked in and more windows and sills, which is deep-clean work. Because the area is small, we usually pair visits here with Temple Terrace and New Tampa and offer the next route day.

Prices
A standard clean is $220 for a home up to 1,999 sq ft, $275 for 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft and $330 for 2,500 to 2,999 sq ft; the full table is on this page. A deep, move-in or move-out clean starts at $220 for up to 999 sq ft and is $330 for 1,000 to 1,499 sq ft and $440 for 1,500 to 1,999 sq ft. The number of bedrooms does not change the price, and the minimum booking is 4 hours.
Extras such as inside the fridge or inside the oven are $45 each, dishes are $20, and interior windows are $55 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft. Cancel or reschedule by the day before; rescheduling is free and a late cancellation is $50.
