From 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft: $275 one time, $247.50 every other week, $233.75 weekly. From 2,500 to 2,999 sq ft: $330 one time or $297 every other week. Visits every 4 weeks have no discount, and every booking runs at least four hours. Discounted weekly and every-other-week prices apply from the second visit onward.
Interior windows for a home up to 2,000 sq ft are a $55 add-on, which helps in a ranch house with a lot of panes. Inside the oven or fridge is $45 each.
Porches, pool cages and the first visit
A cleaning visit covers the inside of the house, so a screened porch or pool cage is not part of it, and pressure washing is not offered. If the house has not had a professional clean in a while, book a deep clean first: baseboards, sills, ceiling fans and grout get the detail work once, and recurring visits keep them there.
On a horse property or a lakefront lot with dogs going in and out all day, weekly visits are the ones that keep floors and bathrooms under control. A quieter household on a ranch lot may find every other week enough. Every 4 weeks suits a home used part-time.
Rescheduling is free with notice by the day before; a later cancellation is $50. We are closed on Sundays. You can pay by card, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, check or cash, among other options.
