Common questions
How is the price calculated?
By the square footage of the home and the type of clean. The number of bedrooms and bathrooms does not change the price. A standard clean of a home up to 1,999 sq ft is $220; a deep or move-in/out clean of a home from 1,000 to 1,499 sq ft is $330.
Is there a discount for recurring cleaning?
Weekly visits are 15% off and every other week 10% off, starting with the second visit. Every 4 weeks is billed at the one-time price.
Why does a deep clean cost more?
From 1,500 sq ft up it is booked at twice the hours of a standard clean. Baseboards, door frames, ceiling fans, blinds, grout and the inside of the microwave are done by hand on top of everything in a standard clean.
What do extras cost?
Inside the fridge, inside the oven and inside cabinets are $45 each. Dishes and laundry and folding are $20 each, and organization is $30. On a standard clean, baseboards are $25 and ceiling fans are $10 per fan; both are included in a deep clean. Sliding glass doors are $15 per door, both sides, and an additional bed linen change is $15 per extra bed. Interior windows are $55 for a home up to 2,000 sq ft; in larger homes windows are priced per window.
Is there a cancellation fee?
Late cancellations carry a $50 fee. Cancel or reschedule by the day before your visit to avoid it. Rescheduling is free.
