How it works
Recurring cleaning is a standing appointment: weekly, every two weeks or monthly, on a day and time you choose once. Each visit follows the same checklist for kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas, so the house never slides back to the point where it needs a full reset.
The first visit is usually a deep clean. It brings the home to the baseline that a recurring visit can maintain: baseboards, blinds, ceiling fans, grout and the inside of the microwave are done once, then kept up. After that, a recurring visit is shorter and priced lower than a one-time clean of the same house.
You can change frequency, skip a visit or add extras like the lanai, inside the oven or the refrigerator by text or through online booking. You can leave a key, a code or a garage opener and ask for a text when the team arrives and when it leaves.
Common questions
Weekly, bi-weekly or monthly, which should I pick?
Weekly suits homes with kids, pets or heavy use. Bi-weekly is the most common choice for a family home. Monthly works for one or two adults or a home that is not used every day; it usually needs a little more time per visit than bi-weekly.
What is not included in a recurring visit?
Inside the oven and refrigerator, interior windows, blinds, baseboards and walls are deep-clean items. They can be added to any visit on request.
Do I need to supply anything?
Tell us in the form if you want a specific product used on a surface, such as a wood-floor cleaner, and we will confirm before the visit.
How do I skip or reschedule?
Text the number at the top or change the appointment in online booking. Give as much notice as you can so the slot can go to another client.
