How long will the cleaners be at my house?
The hours on this page are booked cleaning time. They are the labor hours our booking form schedules for your home, and the price is those hours multiplied by $55. They are not a promise of how long someone will be inside your house, because that depends on how many cleaners are sent.

Find your home's square footage, then read across. Each line shows the booked cleaning hours and the price for a standard clean and for a deep or move-in or move-out clean, which share one table. Bedrooms and bathrooms do not appear because they do not change the hours.

How many hours to clean a 2,000 sq ft house
A 2,000 sq ft house falls in the 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft band. A standard clean is booked at 5 hours of cleaning time for $275, and a deep clean or a move-out clean is booked at 10 hours for $550.
The line between bands matters. A 1,950 sq ft home books 4 hours standard and 8 hours deep, so crossing 2,000 sq ft adds 1 hour to a standard visit and 2 hours to a deep one. Use the living area from your county property appraiser record so the booking matches the house.
Why is a deep clean booked at twice the hours?
From 1,500 sq ft and up, a deep clean is booked at exactly twice the hours of a standard clean in the same band: 8 hours against 4 at 1,500 to 1,999 sq ft, and 10 against 5 at 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft. Below 1,500 sq ft the gap is smaller because a standard clean never drops under the 4-hour minimum, so a 1,200 sq ft apartment is booked at 4 hours standard and 6 hours deep.
The reason is the work list. A standard clean covers what people touch and see every day: kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance fronts, bathroom fixtures and mirrors, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and trash. A deep clean adds baseboards, door frames, light switches, ceiling fans, blinds, window sills and tracks, the inside of the microwave, the outside of cabinets, behind and under movable furniture, and detailed scrubbing of grout, tile and fixtures. Those tasks run through every room, so they scale with floor area.
Why bedrooms and bathrooms do not change the hours
Our booking form schedules time by square footage and type of clean only. A 2,400 sq ft home with three bedrooms and a 2,400 sq ft home with five bedrooms both get 5 hours on a standard clean.
Floors and surfaces grow with area, and a large open living room can take longer than two small bedrooms, which a room count would miss. The hours are also the same everywhere we work, from Tampa Palms and New Tampa to Wesley Chapel and Zephyrhills.
How long does a move-out cleaning take?
A move-in or move-out clean uses the deep cleaning table, so it is booked at the same hours: 8 hours for a 1,500 to 1,999 sq ft rental, 10 hours for 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft, and so on up to 22 hours for 5,000 to 5,499 sq ft.
It is an empty-home clean that includes the inside of all drawers and closets, window sills and tracks, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, spot-cleaned walls and every floor. The inside of the cabinets, the inside of the oven and the inside of the fridge are $45 add-ons each. If boxes and furniture are still in the rooms, the crew cannot reach those surfaces, so book the clean after the movers leave.
Do extras add time to a cleaning?
Most extras are priced per item and added to the base price for your band: inside the oven or the fridge is $45 each, inside cabinets $45, dishes $20, laundry and folding $20 and organization $30. Interior windows in a home up to 2,000 sq ft add 1 hour of booked time, which is $55. In a larger home, interior windows are priced per window instead: $7 for each window with blinds and $5 for each one without.
Here is a price example. A 3,100 sq ft house on a standard clean is booked at 7 hours for $385. Adding the inside of the oven brings it to $385 plus $45, which comes to $430.
Should my first visit be a deep clean?
The standard hours assume a home cleaned on a regular schedule. A house that has gone months without a professional clean has buildup on grout, baseboards, fans and fixtures that a standard visit is not designed to remove. In that case a deep clean is the better first visit, and later visits drop back to the standard hours for the band. If you are not sure which one your home needs, send a few photos when you book, because photos help us plan the visit for a home we have not seen yet.
How to prepare so the time goes to cleaning
Time spent moving clutter is time not spent on the floors and fixtures you are paying for. A little preparation keeps the booked hours on cleaning:
- Clear counters, tables and floors of loose items so the crew can reach the surfaces
- Load or run the dishwasher, or add dishes as an extra
- Share the gate code, parking spot and how to get in before the day of the visit
- For a move-out, have all boxes and furniture out of the rooms before the clean starts
