How it works
A move-in or move-out clean is an empty-home clean. With no furniture in the way, every surface gets done: inside all cabinets, drawers and closets, inside the oven and refrigerator, window sills and tracks, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, walls spot-cleaned, and every floor vacuumed and mopped last.
For tenants the goal is the deposit: property managers check inside appliances, cabinets and bathrooms first, and that is where the checklist starts. For landlords and property managers it is a fast, predictable turnover between tenants. For buyers it is a clean house before the boxes arrive, especially useful for new construction where builder dust is everywhere.
Timing matters more here than for any other service. Tell us the inspection, closing or move date in the form. The home should be empty, with water and electricity still on. If the date moves, text us and we move with it.
Common questions
Does the home need to be empty?
Yes, or as close to empty as possible. Inside-cabinet and inside-closet cleaning is only possible when they are cleared, and floors are done last with nothing on them.
Are the oven and refrigerator included?
Yes, inside and out, in every move-in and move-out clean.
Do utilities need to be on?
Yes. We need running water and electricity for the clean. Schedule the visit before the utilities are turned off.
Can you work with my property manager's checklist?
Yes. Send the checklist in the form or by text and we follow it. If it includes items outside a standard move-out clean, such as carpet shampooing or exterior windows, we tell you before the visit whether they can be added.
