New homes in Mirada
Most of the growth in San Antonio is south of the old town, in Mirada. If you are buying a new home there, plan a move-in clean before the furniture arrives. Construction dust stays in vents, on cabinet tops, in drawers and in window tracks for months, and it is much easier to remove from an empty house.
We wipe out drawers and closets, clear the tracks, dust blinds and light fixtures, clean the baseboards and finish with the floors. Inside the cabinets, fridge and oven are add-ons at $45 each. In a new build, the cabinets are the add-on that matters most, because that is where you will put your dishes first.
Builder dust also lands on the lanai and in the sliding door track. In an empty house we clear the track as part of the clean; the lanai itself is not part of a cleaning visit, which covers the inside of the house. Mirada floors are mostly tile or luxury vinyl plank, which we damp mop with a neutral cleaner so they dry without haze.

Seasonal and part-time homes
Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club, the 55-plus community along SR-52, has many part-time residents. When one of these homes is sold or a new owner moves in, it has often been closed for a season. An empty-home clean removes the settled dust, wipes out the drawers and brings the bathrooms back to move-in condition. If there are gate procedures, add them to the form.
Owners who live elsewhere for part of the year can set up the clean remotely. Send the date, square footage and access details by text or in the form, and pay by card, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, check or cash.
Historic houses and acreage
The few blocks around the town square have historic homes, and there are properties on acreage outside town. These usually have wood floors, older windows with more panes and dust from unpaved driveways. Wood is dry-dusted and damp-mopped with a sealed-wood cleaner, never soaked. Windows with many panes and deep sills take longer, and we plan the time for that.
Interior windows are $55 in a home up to 2,000 sq ft. In larger homes they are priced per window: $7 with blinds and $5 without.
On acreage properties, dust from the drive comes in on shoes and through screens, and an empty house shows it at every entry. We give the entry floors, thresholds and sliding door tracks extra attention before the final mop.
How pricing and booking work
A move clean is priced by square footage at our deep-clean rates: $330 for 1,000 to 1,499 sq ft, $440 for 1,500 to 1,999 sq ft and $550 for 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft. Room count does not change it. The full table is below.
Water and electricity must be on during the visit. There is a four-hour minimum and no Sunday appointments. You can reschedule for free until the day before; later cancellations are charged $50. Send the closing or move date with the form, and if it changes, text us.
