Mirada: the first clean after closing
Mirada, the lagoon community south of the old town, is new construction. New houses keep shedding builder dust for months after closing, into vent covers, onto cabinet tops and along window tracks. We suggest a deep clean as the first visit for any Mirada home.
That visit clears the construction dust and the detail areas a regular clean skips: baseboards, door frames, light switches, ceiling fans, blinds, sills and tracks, the inside of the microwave and the outside of every cabinet. Bathroom tile and grout are scrubbed, not only mopped. After that, a recurring schedule keeps the house at that level, with weekly visits 15% off and every other week 10% off.
Mirada houses usually have plank or large-format tile throughout. We vacuum first and damp-mop with a neutral cleaner, with no steam and no wax, so the new floor does not haze.
If the Mirada house is still empty when you call, the move-in clean is the better fit, since it adds the inside of drawers and closets. Send the closing date and we schedule around it.

Tampa Bay Golf and Country Club
This 55-plus community along SR-52 has many seasonal and part-time residents. A home that has been shut for months needs a full reset before the owners return: dust on every surface, fans and blinds, and bathrooms that need detailed work. We book deep cleans here as opening cleans before arrival and closing cleans after departure, and recurring visits during the season. Note any gate procedure in the form.

Historic houses and acreage
The old town is a few blocks of historic homes around the square, with properties on acreage around it. Wood floors, older windows with more panes, and dust from unpaved drives call for a slower pace. Wood floors are dry-dusted and then damp-mopped with a cleaner made for sealed wood, never soaked. When we plan the visit, every pane, sill and track is counted into the time so nothing gets rushed.
Dust from unpaved drives comes in at every door, so entry floors, door tracks and the sills nearest the drive get extra time.
Pricing
The only thing that sets a deep-clean price is square footage. Up to 999 sq ft is $220, 1,000 to 1,499 sq ft is $330, and 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft is $550; the full table is below. Add the inside of the fridge, oven or cabinets for $45 apiece. A deep clean takes about twice as long as a standard visit.
