Builder dust in a new home
A house in Connerton, Bexley, Ballantrae, Oakstead or Asbel Estates can look clean on closing day and still hold a lot of fine construction dust. It sits in vent covers, on top of the upper cabinets and in window tracks, and it keeps settling for months. A standard visit does not reach those spots, which is why we suggest a deep clean as the first visit in a new build.
If the house is still empty, the move-in clean is the better choice because it adds the inside of drawers and closets. If the furniture is already in, the deep clean takes care of baseboards, door frames, fans, blinds, sills, the inside of the microwave and the outside of every cabinet, and we vacuum behind and under what can be moved.

Floors that haze
Luxury vinyl plank and large-format tile are everywhere in new Land O' Lakes homes, and the wrong cleaner leaves a dull film on both. We vacuum or dry-mop first, then damp-mop with a neutral cleaner. No steam and no wax. Grout on large-format tile is narrow but still darkens, and on a deep clean the bathroom grout is scrubbed by hand.
If you are not sure what your floors are, tell us the builder or send a photo and we will confirm the cleaner before the visit. If you want a specific product used on a surface, mention it in the form.
Lakefront houses
The older homes around Lake Padgett and Lake Thomas sit on big lots near the water. Sand comes in on shoes, pollen blows in from the lanai, and the humidity off the lake shows up in the bathrooms first. A deep clean in these houses puts more of the time into entry floors, bathroom tile and grout, shower fixtures and the sliding door tracks.
After the reset, a recurring schedule keeps a lakefront house from sliding back. Weekly visits are 15% off and every other week is 10% off from the second visit.
Tell us if the house is on a lake lot when you book so we can plan for the extra floor and bathroom time.
Pets are welcome. If a dog lives in the house, tell us in the form; hair along the baseboards and under furniture adds time, and we plan for it.
What it costs
Price follows square footage only, not bedroom count: $440 for 1,500 to 1,999 sq ft and $550 for 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft, with the rest of the table below. Each of the three kitchen add-ons, inside the fridge, the oven or the cabinets, is $45. From 1,500 sq ft up the booking form schedules twice the hours of a standard visit. If you are closing on a new build, send the walkthrough date with the form and we fit the visit between the walkthrough and the movers.
A short note on the state of the house helps us plan, and photos help more. Every booking is at least four hours. If the closing date shifts, text (813) 761-7600 and we move the visit with it; rescheduling is free up to the day before, and a later cancellation is $50. We do not work Sundays.

Priced by square footage. A deep clean is priced per visit. Recurring schedules use the standard table, with weekly visits 15% off and every other week 10% off from the second visit. Minimum booking 4 hours. Extras and details.

My house was built last year. Does it really need a deep clean?
Builder dust keeps settling for months after closing, in vents, on cabinet tops and in window tracks. A deep clean removes it; a standard visit does not reach those places.
Will you use steam on my vinyl plank floors?
No. Steam and wax can haze or damage the finish. We dry-mop or vacuum, then damp-mop with a neutral cleaner.
