Well water and mineral spots
Many older Lutz homes on larger lots run on well water. It leaves calcium and iron spots on faucets, shower glass and toilets, and an ordinary wipe-down does not take them off. A deep clean includes a descaling pass on those fixtures. After that, recurring visits keep them wiped so the buildup stays light instead of coming back thick.
The same houses tend to have more windows and longer runs of baseboard than a subdivision home, especially the lakefront places on acre lots. The deep clean covers sills, tracks and baseboards in every room, so a bigger house simply takes longer rather than getting a lighter pass.
Faucets, shower doors and toilet bowls are where well water shows most. On the deep clean they get the descaling pass, and the tile and grout around them are scrubbed by hand in the same visit. If one bathroom is worse than the others, say so in the form and we start there.

Cheval, Heritage Harbor and the gated communities
In Cheval, Heritage Harbor and Calusa Trace most houses date from the 1990s and 2000s. Expect tile floors, high ceilings and a ceiling fan in nearly every room. Fan blades are part of the deep clean, along with blinds, door frames, light switches, the inside of the microwave and the outside of the cabinets. Bathroom grout is scrubbed by hand.
Screened lanais here pick up pollen from the oaks. The lanai itself is not part of a cleaning visit, which covers the inside of the house, but a deep clean clears the sliding door track and the sills inside. If your community has a gate, put the entry instructions in the form.
Price
Deep cleaning is priced by square footage only. A home of 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft is $550, 2,500 to 2,999 sq ft is $660, and 3,000 to 3,499 sq ft is $770. Inside the fridge, inside the oven and inside the cabinets can be added at $45 each. For homes of 1,500 sq ft and up the booking form schedules twice the hours of a standard clean of the same house.
The minimum booking is four hours, and rescheduling is free if you tell us by the day before. Cancel later than that and a $50 fee applies. Green cleaning products are available at no extra charge. Sunday is our day off, so slots run Monday through Saturday.
Hosting, selling or starting fresh
Lutz has fewer rentals than Wesley Chapel, so most deep cleans we do here are for families: before holidays, before guests arrive, or as the first visit ahead of a recurring schedule. If you are listing a house, agents usually ask for two visits, a deep clean before the photos and a move-out clean once the furniture is gone. You can book both at once; give us the photo date and the closing date and we schedule around them.
For listing photos the kitchen, bathrooms and floors matter most, and the deep clean also covers the fans, blinds and baseboards that show up in wide shots. Add the inside of the oven or the cabinets at $45 each if buyers will be opening them at showings.
