Well water and a recurring schedule
Many older Lutz homes on larger lots run on well water, and it shows on the fixtures first. Calcium and iron leave spots on faucets, shower glass and toilet bowls, and once those deposits harden they take real effort to remove. That is the practical case for a recurring plan here: on every visit the fixtures are wiped down, so deposits do not get the chance to build between cleans.
If the buildup is already heavy, make the first visit a deep clean. It includes a descaling pass on faucets, shower doors and toilets, and the recurring visits after it keep them clear.
What's included in recurring house cleaning

Cheval, Heritage Harbor and the newer subdivisions
The gated golf communities, Cheval and Heritage Harbor, are mostly 1990s and 2000s homes with tile, high ceilings and a fan in nearly every room. Calusa Trace, Lake Fern and the subdivisions off SR-54 and Van Dyke Road are newer. Inside, the routine is the same in all of them: kitchen counters, sink, stovetop and appliance exteriors, every bathroom, dusting and surfaces, vacuuming and mopping, and the trash taken out.
Ceiling fans in tall rooms are included in a deep clean and are a $10 add-on per fan on a standard visit. Oak pollen also settles on screened lanais and lanai furniture across Lutz. The lanai itself is not part of a cleaning visit, which covers the inside of the house.
Lake houses on acre lots usually have more windows and longer runs of baseboard than a subdivision home, and more sand and grass come in at every door. The recurring visit puts its floor time where that dirt lands: entries, the kitchen and the hallways to the bathrooms. Interior windows can be added for $55 in a home up to 2,000 sq ft; in a larger home they are priced per window, $7 with blinds and $5 without.
Recurring prices for Lutz
Square footage sets the price, not bedrooms or bathrooms. Homes up to 1,999 sq ft pay $198 every other week or $187 weekly, against $220 for a one-time standard clean. A house of 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft is $247.50 every other week, $233.75 weekly or $275 one time. A home of 2,500 to 2,999 sq ft is $297 every other week. Visits every 4 weeks are charged the one-time price. On weekly and every-other-week plans, the lower prices start with the second visit. The minimum booking is four hours, and extras like inside the oven or fridge are $45 each.
How scheduling works here
Lutz sits between our base and North Tampa along US-41 and Dale Mabry, one of the shorter drives we make. Most of our work here is ongoing cleaning for families, with deep cleans added before holidays or guests. Choose weekly, every other week or every 4 weeks, and the slot repeats on the same day. We are closed on Sundays. Moving a visit costs nothing if you tell us by the day before; later cancellations are $50.

Common questions
Will a recurring clean remove hard water stains from my well water?
Light spotting comes off during the regular wipe-down. Heavy, hardened deposits need the descaling done on a deep clean; after that, recurring visits keep them from coming back.

Can the lanai be part of my every-other-week visit?
The lanai is not part of a cleaning visit, which covers the inside of the house. Sliding glass doors can be added for $15 per door, and that covers both sides of the glass.
Are the high ceiling fans cleaned every visit?
Not by default: ceiling fans are a $10 add-on per fan on a standard visit and are included in a deep clean. Book a deep clean whenever the fans and baseboards need attention and keep the recurring schedule in between.
