An older town, cleaned house by house
Zephyrhills is twenty to twenty-five minutes east of our base along SR-54 and US-301. The center of town is mostly houses from the 1950s through the 1980s, with 55-plus communities and manufactured-home parks around it, and newer subdivisions such as Silverado and Abbott Park filling in the edges.
We do not run one checklist the same way in all of them. An older home may have small bathrooms with original tile, carpet in the bedrooms where a newer build would have plank, and a window AC unit or two. Carpet is vacuumed, original tile is wet-mopped, and the time goes where the house needs it.
Homes in the 55-plus communities and manufactured-home parks are often more compact than a new build, with one or two bathrooms and a smaller kitchen. Every booking has a four-hour minimum, so in a smaller home there is usually room to add tasks: dishes or laundry with folding at $20 each, or inside the fridge or inside the oven at $45 each. Green cleaning products are available at no extra charge if you prefer them.
What's included in recurring house cleaning

Recurring service for the season
A large share of Zephyrhills homes are lived in from late fall through spring. If you are here for the season, you can run a weekly or every-other-week schedule while you are in town and change or skip visits by text when your plans shift.
One way to set it up: an opening deep clean before you arrive, recurring visits through the winter, and a closing clean after you leave, with the inside of the refrigerator added for $45, linens changed and everything dusted. Year-round residents get the same recurring service as everywhere else we work.
Prices for smaller and larger homes
We price by square footage. A home up to 1,999 sq ft costs $198 every other week or $187 weekly, compared with $220 for a one-time standard clean. If your house is 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft, it is $275 one time, $247.50 every other week and $233.75 weekly. Every 4 weeks is charged at the one-time rate, and all bookings have a four-hour minimum. The schedule discount takes effect on the second visit of a weekly or every-other-week plan.
When you send the form, include the square footage and roughly the year the house was built. Older homes with original tile often need a deep clean first; after that, a recurring visit is usually shorter than in a large new build.
For one or two people, every 4 weeks may be enough. It carries no discount and costs the same as a one-time clean, but it keeps a standing slot on our calendar so you do not have to book each visit separately. A couple with a dog, or a house where grandchildren visit often, may want every other week instead, which takes 10% off from the second visit.
Gates, payment and changes
If your 55-plus community has gate or visitor rules, note them in the form so we can plan for them. We accept credit card, check, cash, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and several other options. Rescheduling is free with notice by the day before; later cancellations are $50. We are closed on Sundays.
