The window between walkthrough and movers
Buyers closing in Connerton, Bexley or the other growing communities off SR-54 and US-41 usually have a short gap between the final walkthrough and the moving truck. That gap is the right time for a move-in clean. Once furniture and boxes are in, the dust in drawers and on the window tracks stays there.
Send us the closing date with the form and we place the visit in that window. Closings slip often; if yours does, text us and we move with it. Rescheduling by the day before is free.

What's included in move-in / move-out cleaning

What builder dust means for the clean
New homes come with fine dust from drywall, grout and trim work. It settles on top of upper cabinets, inside drawers and closet shelves, on vent covers, in sliding door and window tracks, and along baseboards. A quick sweep moves it around; we wipe it from each of those surfaces, top to bottom, and do the floors last.
Luxury vinyl plank and large-format tile are in most of these homes. We vacuum or dry mop first, then damp mop with a neutral cleaner. No steam and no wax, since both can haze or damage the finish on a brand-new floor.
Inside the cabinets is an add-on at $45, and in a new build it is the one we would not skip. Inside the fridge and inside the oven are $45 each as well.
Older lakefront homes
Not every move here is new construction. Around Lake Padgett and Lake Thomas the houses are older and sit on larger lakefront lots. When one of them is sold or rented out, the empty-home clean deals with sand at the entries, pollen on window sills and tracks, and bathrooms that see more humidity near the water.
If you are the seller moving out of one of these homes, book after the last load leaves. Drawers, closets and the pantry are wiped out, ceiling fans and blinds are dusted, the sliding door track to the lanai is cleared, and the floors are mopped last so the new owner sees a clean house at the walkthrough.
Price for your square footage
We price by square footage, not by room count. Move cleans use the deep-clean rates: $440 for 1,500 to 1,999 sq ft, $550 for 2,000 to 2,499 sq ft and $660 for 2,500 to 2,999 sq ft. Every row is listed in the table below. Interior windows add $55 for homes up to 2,000 sq ft.
Our base in Wesley Chapel is fifteen to twenty minutes away. Each booking has a four-hour minimum, the house must have water and electricity on, and we do not book Sundays. Cancellations after the day before cost $50.
Moving out of a Land O' Lakes rental into a new build nearby is common. You can book both visits, and each one is priced separately by its square footage. We accept card, Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, check and cash.

Can you clean on the day of closing?
If the house is yours and empty that day, yes, depending on availability. Many buyers book the day after the walkthrough and before the movers arrive.

Is a standard clean enough for a new build?
A standard clean is not enough, because builder dust sits in drawers, in vents and in window tracks. A move-in clean is built to reach those spots, and the inside of the cabinets can be added for $45.
Do the utilities need to be transferred before you come?
Water and electricity need to be on during the visit. Whose name they are in does not matter to us.
